this is 2 hits for 150k each, even with more than 1 PC or Merc in range besides the MT. the Range is correct, casts every 60sec. seems to go for PC over Mercs but will target mercs on this, Also this is not directional, More random hate list based if in range. highest on hate list does not get it, unless no other PC or Merc in range. however if highest on hate list is only one in range will get it.

goes through all mitigating defences

does not spread the 2 hits, its effectively a DT for the PC or Merc that he hits with it, others in range get nothing
